Responsibilities
Cover scheduled shifts of monitoring our trading system to ensure smooth operation of our algorithms, working closely with engineers
Manage risk levels
Support the entire trade life cycle; execution, reconciliation, inventory utilization
Provide input, ideas and perform analysis on how to improve capital efficiency, trading algorithms, creation of new metrics

Required
Hardworking and self starter attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team in fluent English
Attention to detail, self-discipline and an analytical mindset supported with knowledge of statistics and math
Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Math, Finance, Economics, Business or related areas
Be located within the range of US East Coast to Europe timezones (GMT-4 to GMT+3)
Experience and interest in crypto in a personal or professional setting, trading and/or investing
Preferred
Knowledge of digital asset market structure
