Responsibilities
Pass the Series 57 licensing exam within two months of your hire date and immediately start trading with firm capital
Learn market mechanics and option theory through classroom sessions and group discussions
Trade in a group environment, practising both the art and science of trading
Master the use of all of PEAK6’s proprietary tools and technology
Communicate, learn from, and articulate your ideas and strategies to senior trading partners
Develop new, cutting-edge tools in collaboration with trading teams
Manage a portfolio and its risks
Test and analyze your own trading strategies in the market

Required
Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, communications, or related field required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduating between December 2024 and June 2025
Availability for an September 2025 start date
Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in teams
