Responsibilities

Facilitate Staking, DeFi transactions, Trading, and Custody activity on behalf of clients.

Responsible for all aspects of daily and monthly reconciliations

Daily settlement with clients and liquidity providers for OTC Spot and Option trades

Consistently enhancing reconciliations to reduce risk while increasing efficiency

Help support daily loan operations including loan servicing, daily snapshots, sweeps, and daily PNL.

Review collateral levels along with collateral stress tests

Help manage and organize all loan documentation

Identify service issues stemming from breakdowns in operational processing

Interact with all stakeholders both internally and externally including counterparties, custodians, DeFi partners, credit, account management, finance, development, and sales

Develop optimal processes and technological solutions for daily workflows
