Responsibilities

Review daily cash and position reconciliations and resolve breaks with the appropriate parties, including brokers, traders, prime brokers, and fund administrator

Work with the Fund Accounting Team to ensure all activity is properly recorded and documented, including collaboration on the monthly NAV process

Provide day-to-day operations support for the Trading Desk

Report daily P&L estimates

Corporate Actions processing

Support fund-related projects including broker onboardings and account setups

Required

1-3+ years of finance experience, ideally in a middle office operation role or a fund accounting role at a hedge fund, prime broker, or fund administrator

Ability to work from 7am PST

Advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel

Experience working with or the ability to learn enterprise-level accounting software

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance

Authorization to work in the United States
