Responsibilities

Lead the trading partner experience and drive operational excellence and aligned performance outcomes.
Build strong, lasting relationships with partners, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, including Revenue Cycle Operations, Operations Command Center, Product, Engineering, and Technical Customer Care, to ensure alignment on best practices and evidence based, best fit integrations; set a standard for how HHAeXchange works with trading partners.
Deliver value through proactive outreach, adherence to EDI standards, reduced rejection rates, and minimized provider and payer support escalations.
Assist with the trading partner onboarding process, ensuring new partners are seamlessly integrated and equipped with the necessary resources and information.
Leverage shared KPIs to optimize trading partner performance to enhance data interoperability.
Proactively address and resolve challenges, mitigating risks while providing trading partners with the needed resources and support.
Act as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical leads within trading partner organizations.
Maintain trading partner accounts in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of vendor relationships and operational metrics.
Expand trading partner interoperability relationship playbooks and knowledge base.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAeXchange leader.

Required

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with company goals.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic understanding of healthcare technology, data interoperability, or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data management or CRM systems is an advantage.

Preferred

Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as the 21st Century CURES Act or Medicaid revenue cycle (a plus but not required).
