Responsibilities
Manage trade execution, cash flow, and portfolio adjustments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Support onboarding and training for advisors, staff, and clients in the VADIS program.
Enhance investment processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and minimize risks.
Partner with our Advocacy Team to align investing processes with our responsible investing philosophy.
Collaborate on special projects and initiatives to support First Affirmative's growth.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, or computer science.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and advisors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred
1-3 years of financial services or investment management experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce and portfolio systems is a plus.
