Responsibilities
Analyze trending data from existing voice interconnect traffic reports to support network growth and decommissioning projects.
Develop trunk plans and initiate internal orders to optimize network interconnections.
Initiate system orders to trigger circuit design and the ASR process for carrier Tandem and End Office trunk groups.
Manage orders and downstream processes to ensure timely activation or disconnection of network trunk groups.
Collaborate cross-functionally with provisioning and project management teams to meet operational goals.

Required
Strong understanding of PSTN networks.
Familiarity with LERG (Local Exchange Routing Guide) and local calling guides.
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Required Systems Experience: OTIS, BGW, SSGUI, F&E, Net Optimize, TCOMS, STMS, RCMS.
Preferred
Preferred experience in Traffic Engineering.
