Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies and curricula that support organizational objectives.
Lead and facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels, utilizing a variety of instructional methods.
Assess training needs through stakeholder engagement, performance analysis, and feedback mechanisms.
Mentor and coach junior trainers, providing guidance on training delivery and best practices.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with leadership and department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Manage training budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient program delivery.
Create and maintain training documentation, including manuals, guides, and reports.

Required
Experience in healthcare FEP (Federal Employee Program) claims process
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical claims experience
At least 3-5 year of experience in designing and delivering employee training and development programs
Preferred
Certification in training and development strongly preferred
Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations
