Responsibilities
Coordinate Logistics with Client Representatives and Client Relationship Managers to Ensure Desired Scheduling, Promotion, Content, Attendance and Follow-Up Expectations are Met
Assist in Maintaining all Presentation Materials to Ensure Consistent Branding and Thematic Style While Aligning with Client Customization Needs
Maintain all Records Related to Client Interactions, Session Data and Other Organizational Services
Provide Support with the Successful Delivery of Trainings to Include Staffing of Sessions Using Internal and External Provider Databases
Possibly Provide Support with Moderating Virtual Sessions

Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent Communication Skills Across Multiple Modalities
