Responsibilities

Design, build, and manage digital experiences to allow customers to utilize the full value of MCP products, services, and solutions.

Focus on meaningful ways to deepen the knowledge of MCP, while reinforcing the values and directly contributing to ROI of MCP offerings.

Provide support for the design, development, and maintenance of training.

Serve a primary role in the support of content and training systems.

Understand the end-user and design training accordingly with adult learning principles in mind.

Perform interface testing to ensure content integrity and flow when applicable.

Maintain awareness of overall enterprise architecture (i.e. security, privacy, architecture, and data assurance).
