Responsibilities
Participate in the design of training strategies
Design comprehensive training content and materials
Develop learning materials, including but not limited to: e-learning courses, digital and print training guides, assessment and certification materials, and video-based training content
Participate in the delivery of training to Commercial teams and act in a support capacity post-training to enable adoption

Required
Must have a BA/BS Degree
Experience in instructional design
Strong content development skills, including technical writing, e-learning and video editing skills
Must have 3+ years experience working in Pharma / Biotech Commercial organizations using Veeva CRM, Vault CRM or Salesforce CRM
Experience working with AI, Data & Analytics projects
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong PowerPoint development, presentation and storytelling abilities
Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems)
Preferred
Experience working Qlik, Tableau or Power BI
Certifications in Learning Management
