Responsibilities
Ensuring Owners and Managers are assigned properly in LMS
Handles emails for training-related requests
Handles employee maintenance in Learning Management System
Adding new user request to ISI (POS) and LMS
Termination reports and removal from systems
Paycom transfer of data
Keeping Training calendar updated for LMS offering
Support and Design training course materials for upcoming classes
Handles reporting for Training team
Scheduling training for candidates through Outlook calendar schedules/ invites
Host and facilitates virtual training as assigned
Creates and Facilitates presentations for retail and franchise associates / leaders
Designs/ creates and pilots new training packages and classes
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent skills in Microsoft office – Excel, Word, Outlook, One Note and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deep knowledge of Learning Management systems
Flexibility in schedule to meet customer needs
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Preferred higher education degree
Two years of training assistant experience preferred
