Responsibilities
Administration and support of multiple training technologies, ensuring the platforms are optimally utilized, and programs are effectively delivered
Implementing new features and updates to multiple training technologies, coordinating with other departments as necessary
Participates in determining best practices for training technology, including developing and maintaining documentation and guidelines
Supports HIS training services in administering the global 'content sharing program', providing project management, sustaining customer relationships, training staff on new technologies and features, troubleshooting issues, and offering ongoing assistance to ensure a smooth learner experience.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphical Information Technology or higher AND 5 years of training technology administration
High School Diploma/GED AND 9 Years of training technology administration
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
Preferred
Master's degree from an accredited institution (in progress or achieved)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Solventum products, audiences, and technologies
10+ years of Learning Management System administration
10+ years of content management system experience as administrator
5+ years of technology documentation such as SOPs, Training Materials, User Guides
