Responsibilities
Advise on the structuring and execution of bond offerings, portfolio debt facilities, tax monetization, and M&A transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate definitive documentation for secured notes, portfolio loan facilities, project financings, tax equity investments and other capital markets transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate due diligence processes.
Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies for individual projects and the business as a whole.

Required
J.D. from accredited law school and current license to practice in the US.
4 - 6 years experience focused on finance and capital markets transactions or renewable energy project finance.
Deep understanding of financing structures used for renewable energy projects and energy infrastructure in the US.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail, including the ability to organize, plan, coordinate and implement large and cross-functional projects and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to perform under pressure, work independently and follow through on tasks to completion in a timely manner.
Sound judgment to identify red-flag issues and escalate them as required.
Ability to contribute to discussions of general business issues and understand and advise internal stakeholders in a manner consistent with the company’s goals and culture.
Desire to continually learn and grow.
