Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from shareholders and advisors regarding account inquiries, updates, and transactions.
Process purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and ownership transfers.
Investigate and resolve account issues while ensuring excellent client service.
Document client interactions and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Manage Retirement Accounts: Help clients with Simple IRA, 403B, Traditional IRA, and Education Savings Accounts.
Assist with 529 Accounts: Support clients with tax-advantaged education savings accounts.
Handle Retail Accounts: Assist with individual, joint, trust, and other types of retail accounts.
Answer Account Inquiries: Respond to questions about balances, statements, taxes, and account requirements.
Process Non-Financial Transactions: Help clients with automatic investments, address changes, adding funds, and payroll contributions.
Process Financial Transactions: Handle redemptions, exchanges, purchases, and ownership transfers (following pre-set delivery instructions).
Client Service: Provide excellent customer support to clients and resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure Compliance: Authenticate calls and keep accurate records according to regulations.

Required
2+ years of customer service experience (financial services preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Preferred
Experience in mutual funds, retirement accounts, or finance is a plus.
