Responsibilities

Process shareholder requests (purchases, redemptions, exchanges, account updates)

Assist clients with documentation and compliance

Resolve customer issues and discrepancies

Educate clients on procedures and regulations

Respond to inquiries about retirement plan payments

Reprint tax forms and verify records

Deliver exceptional inbound client service

Communicate complex information clearly

Analyze data to resolve client issues

Maintain comprehensive records and collaborate with internal teams

High School Diploma or Equivalent

2+ years of previous customer service experience in the global financial services industry with exposure to treasury management and benefit distribution

Experience in brokerage operations, accounting, finance, economics, investment banking, or capital markets along with benefits distribution

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Team player with the ability to work independently
