Responsibilities
Focus on transmission line design utilizing knowledge of systems up to 345kV.
Develop proposals, estimates, scope of work, prepare, design, and review drawings.
Operate company software such as PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and PLS-TOWER.
Collaborate with other departments and represent the engineering department in meetings.
Senior members will have increased responsibility, including mentoring junior engineers and stamping drawings.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering
3+ years experience in transmission line design (senior positions require 7+ years experience)
Proficient with PLS-CADD and PLS-Pole
Knowledge in utility systems, power line design, leadership
Preferred
Familiarity with Poleforeman and SPIDAcalc
PE License preferred if applying for a Senior role
