Responsibilities
Lead a team of project managers to deliver comprehensive transmission line engineering design projects for electric utility clients
Take ownership of overall portfolio performance, including cost, schedule, and scope management
Drive strategic initiatives within the PMO organization, focusing on process improvements and operational efficiencies
Mentor and develop project management staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
Interface with clients and internal stakeholders to address issues, report progress, and mitigate risks across the project portfolio
Oversee the preparation of bid documents, cost estimates, and responses to Requests For Proposal
Manage monthly client invoicing, accruals, and accounts receivable processes
Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support organizational growth
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality control standards
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, project teams, subcontractors, and support personnel

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or Related field
Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant Project Management experience in the electric power industry, working with US electric utilities with BS Degree OR minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience with a Master's degree
Direct experience with Transmission Line projects for US-based electric utilities; A comprehensive understanding of electric power and infrastructure projects is required for the execution of this role
Strong leadership skills with a focus on portfolio management and team development
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Workfront, MS Project, P6) and MS Office Suite
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to travel periodically as required, so candidates must possess a valid US driver's license
Preferred
PMP Certification
Demonstrated success in a consulting environment
Experience with PowerBI and/or visualization tools
Prior experience in a leadership position
