Responsibilities
Create reservations for patients, escorts and travel companions utilizing GDS and online booking tools.
Book hotels and ground transportation when required.
Relay country entry requirements and travel restrictions.
Handle travel issues, conflicts, cancellations and refunds.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments and transactions.

Required
Strong critical thinking skills.
Excellent knowledge of computer reservation computer programs.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Detail oriented and highly organized.
Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
Working knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
1+ years of experience working as a travel agent required.
Experience working in various GDS systems including Sabre and Amadeus.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in tourism, travel, hospitality, business or related field.
Up to date or eligible to apply for state licensing or registration requirements.
