Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and enhance daily cash management.

Monitor daily cash position, ensuring timely funding of accounts.

Initiate wire processing and settlement of Treasury payments including file retention of payments.

Prepare and be SME for weekly cash forecast.

Maintain user access and perform quarterly audit of users.

Drive automation and increase efficiency.

Manage banking operations with attention to detail (i.e., template maintenance and creation, payment initiation, and user access on banking platforms).

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures, including identifying and implementing improvements to mitigate risk and streamline processes as well as ensuring procedures are updated.

Assist accounting with monthly reporting processes (i.e., pull bank statements, and assist with transaction research).

Maintain bank account list and signers.

Assist other departments as needed as liaison with banks.

Other duties as assigned.
