Responsibilities

Monitor the disbursements of payments to merchants daily

Oversee the general flow of funds through all bank accounts at the company and make bank funding decisions accordingly

Assist in ensuring merchants are funded accurately and timely

Investigate and resolve system level issues across internal teams

Reconcile merchant balances and provide support teams with analyses as requested

Perform various treasury duties such as bank account management, daily reviews of incoming/outgoing bank transactions and working with bank contacts to resolve banking matters

Perform other accounting, financial, and administrative tasks as required from time to time

Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed

Required

3+ years’ experience in accounting/treasury/data analysis

Highly skilled in the use of complex MS Excel Spreadsheets

Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to work independently and with initiative

Ability to multitask

Exceptional communication skills

Self-starter and problem solver

Naturally curious about the story data is telling

Eager to learn and coachable

Preferred

Experience with data warehouses and manipulating large sets of data is a plus
