Responsibilities
Assist credit union member services in the non-complex sale of treasury solutions.
Train member services on ways to identify treasury sales opportunities
Sell treasury products and services directly to the credit union business members
Identify cross-sell opportunities
Create proformas to show treasury product pricing to business members
Manage and execute all tasks associated with the onboarding of Treasury Management products and services including:
Provide and review Treasury Management Agreements, internal forms, and onboarding requests to ensure proper execution.
Communicate directly with clients regarding all aspects of the onboarding process including progress updates, deliverables, testing requirements and results
Ensure that product onboarding timelines and SLAs are met.
Provide all end user training
Maintain and consistently update Implementation Project Plan
Take calls referred by initial contact center regarding TM product and service issues
Resolve client issues through problem identification and resolution skills including coordination with other production and support areas as needed for timely and effective resolution.
Follow identified escalation protocols
Work closely with Treasury Management Sales, Vendor partners, and CU operations staff as needed
Document and track client issues for management reporting and to identify product and process improvements or clients at risk due to frequent problems
Provide customer training and support as needed on the use of TM Products
Maintain an advanced knowledge of Treasury Management products and services from both a user functionality and back office production perspective.
Stay abreast of all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems and products
Ensure all audit and security policies and procedures are followed in accordance with policies and Federal regulations
Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures of the credit union and Tru Treasury
Cross-train in other areas of Treasury Management Services and Operations as needed
Mentor new Sales Specialists, including training of new associates as needed
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Required
High school diploma or (GED) required.
3 – 5 years’ experience in a Treasury Management customer service or onboarding environment.
Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines while adapting to changing conditions.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
Strong computer skills, specifically the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Preferred
Associate’s or bachelor's degree preferred.
