Responsibilities

Conduct needs assessments, develops IT strategic plans, and provide consultations to Tribes on a variety of information technology process improvement issues.

Support the oversight and execution of defined strategies with Tribes across the country

Collaborate with Childcare SMEs, Strategy SMEs, and other Technology SMEs who are supporting other States, Territories, and Tribes

Work with managers and clients to gather business requirements, identify deliverables, and support IT strategies

Act as a subject matter expert to provide the vision and strategy for application modernization from a Tribal lens

Provide strategic direction for client deliverables

Analyze a situation and formulate effective solutions

Ability to make technical decisions regarding solutions and how they impact business outcomes

Translating system requirements

Risk identification and management

Integrate with the Child Care Technical Assistance Network (CCTAN) to collaborate and coordinate technical assistance delivery.
