Required
Experience in TRIRIGA software implementation and configuration
U.S. Citizen.
Technical support and troubleshooting skills
Training end-users on TRIRIGA software
Customization of TRIRIGA solutions
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred
Experience with IBM TRIRIGA certifications is a plus
