3+ years of hands-on marine engine maintenance & repair experience.

STCW Minimum Qualifications: Basic Training, Personal Survival Craft, Vessel Personnel w/ Designated Security Duties

National (Domestic) Minimum Qualifications: Designated Duty Engineer 1000HP/750kW, Lifeboatman, Steward

Other Required Credentials: TWIC, Valid Passport - must be able to travel internationally with no restriction, Must be Current on medical and training requirements.

Preferred

Experience with the following engine types: CAT 343D, Detroit Diesel 35KW, John Deere 4045, Caterpillar 3406E DITA, 3304 DITA, 3412, C6.6, C15, C18, 3606

STCW Preferred Qualifications: Rating Forming Part of an Engineering Watch (RFPEW), Able Seafarer - Engine

National (Domestic) Preferred Qualifications: Designated Duty Engineer 4000 HP/3000kW or higher
