Responsibilities

Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to translate requirements and research into beautiful, functional user interfaces.

Create and maintain UI design systems, ensuring consistency across all product platforms.

Design high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to continually innovate and improve user experiences.

Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.

Required

Proven experience as a UI Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role in a digital product environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing your UI design work, including examples of web and mobile interfaces.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.

Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.

Strong attention to detail and ability to create pixel-perfect designs.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.

Federal Experience is a plus.
