Responsibilities

Proven experience as a UI Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator).

In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Experience with responsive design techniques.

Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate with developers.

Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive UI designs.

Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel).

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

Experience with user research and usability testing.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (UX researchers, developers, product managers).

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience in UI design or related design fields.

Knowledge of design systems and creating design documentation.

Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Experience with Agile or Scrum development processes is a plus.

Federal Experience is a plus.
