Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders from various teams (e.g., product, business, engineering) to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure alignment between product goals and technical execution.
Design and architect scalable and robust solutions for mobile apps component libraries, UI/UX components, and conversational chatbots, ensuring seamless integration between design and development teams.
Oversee the development and maintenance of custom integrations using Figma API and GitLab API, ensuring these integrations are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
Lead a team of developers and designers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure the development of high-quality, user-friendly integrations. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define user experiences that align with business goals. Architect user-centric, responsive designs and intuitive user interfaces for both mobile and web platforms.
Lead the technical architecture for mobile app development across iOS and Android platforms, leveraging modern frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin) and ensuring optimal performance, usability, and responsiveness.
Design and architect conversational chatbot solutions using AI technologies and platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, GPT-based systems) that integrate seamlessly with web and mobile applications.
Drive a strong focus on quality by implementing robust testing strategies, monitoring systems, and ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across all platforms.

Required
12+ years of experience in software development, UI/UX development, and mobile application development, with a strong track record of successful projects.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams (design, development, and product).
Expertise in working with product management team to understand complex business requirements and convert them into system design with reusable components.
Ability to work across multiple applications, lay down the requirements and envision the application roadmap.
Expertise in Figma for design system development, UI/UX design, and prototyping.
Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in designing responsive, user-centered applications for both web and mobile.
Experience with GitLab for managing source control, CI/CD pipelines, and project management.
Strong experience in mobile app development with frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin.
Proven experience in designing and deploying conversational chatbots using platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or GPT-based systems.
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitLab).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in leading design sprints, user testing, and iterative design to continuously improve product usability.
Preferred
Experience with AI/ML technologies for enhancing conversational chatbot functionality.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for mobile and web app hosting, backend services, and APIs.
Experience with data modeling and analysis using Air Table.
