Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize UX activities throughout the software development life-cycle.

Champion user-centered design by analyzing user metrics and implementing improvements.

Conduct usability studies, interviews, and surveys to enhance user experiences.

Engage in UX discussions with stakeholders and customers.

Create and maintain persona documentation.

Conduct usability and A/B testing.

Create user task flows and flow diagrams.

Provide optimal UX solutions that meet project requirements.

Assess quantitative and qualitative data to make informed decisions.

Establish trusted relationships with partners.

Communicate 508 and accessibility requirements.

Create innovative user journeys and flow diagrams.

Share insights on user-centered design with the team.

Required

Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance

Minimum TWO (2) years of creating UI/UX deliverables including user task-flow diagrams, user/stakeholder interviews, user journeys, user research documentation, metrics reports and user personas.

Minimum TWO (2) of creating high-fidelity UI wireframes and prototypes; deep knowledge of at least a couple of tools such as: InVision, Sketch, Balsamiq, Axure, or Adobe Illustrator, Figma (preferred) and Adobe XD

Experience using analytical data software tools such as Google Analytics.

A self-starter with a strong attention to detail and the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information to find patterns and provide solutions that will optimize the UI product.

Demonstrated experience in designing/creating optimal user interfaces/user experiences.

Demonstrated knowledge of visual design principles and user-centered design methodologies.

Excellent collaboration, communication and teamwork skills.
