Responsibilities
Craft visually compelling and functionally effective designs.
Analyze user interaction data to identify areas for improvement and innovate design solutions.
Develop and refine UI/UX strategies based on a comprehensive analysis of current trends and user feedback.
Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new products and features.
Work across multiple formats such as mobile app, mobile web, and desktop.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to align UI/UX designs with technical constraints and business goals.
Oversee the implementation of UI/UX changes and monitor their impact on user behavior and product performance.
Maintain a deep understanding of product building and user experience trends to continually improve the product.
Present design ideas and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

Required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in UI/UX design
Strong portfolio of design projects that showcases comprehensive skills
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision
Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, or similar
Experience in using or a good understanding of advanced analytics and research strategies to validate and iterate design decisions
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field
