Responsibilities
Spearheading the Design Process : Lead and own the end-to-end design process, from conceptualizing ideas to creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
Understanding User Needs : Conduct research to gain deep insights into our target users, their behaviors, and pain points. Use this understanding to develop user experiences that are tailored to meet their needs.
Collaborating with Cross-functional Teams : Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of designs and alignment with technical feasibility.
Rapid Iteration : Design, test, and iterate on prototypes quickly in response to user feedback, continuously improving the product experience.
User Feedback and Improvement : Continuously gather, analyze, and respond to user feedback, ensuring design adjustments are made promptly and align with evolving user needs.
Design Consistency : Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system across all platforms, ensuring a consistent and unified brand experience.

Required
3+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications, with a portfolio showcasing your work on both platforms.
Advanced skills in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems. Familiarity with other design tools is a plus.
Experience working closely with engineers and developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, iterating quickly based on feedback and changes.
Strong focus on user research, personas, and understanding the needs of the end user.
Ability to creatively solve design challenges and think critically about user flows and interfaces.
Preferred
Experience in conducting A/B testing and using data analytics to inform design decisions.
Familiarity with agile or lean product development processes.
