Responsibilities

Partner with product management, engineering, and other key stakeholders to discover, define, design, and deliver world-class experiences for users

Lead the design process from concept to final hand-off

Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions based on user research and analytics

Create detailed, thorough, and innovative designs for web and mobile software products

Advocate for the end-user throughout the project lifecycle, conducting user research and usability testing

Promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Execute in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment

Required

At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design with a proven track record of top-notch design work

Strong portfolio showcasing proven UI/UX design experience

Expertise in Figma, with a good understanding of other design tools such as Zeplin, Photoshop, etc.

Demonstrated experience & results designing web and mobile applications, from customer research & discovery all the way through product launch & iteration

Detail-oriented and thorough; comfortable with delivering precise, high-fidelity specs to engineering for development and then working with engineering through delivery

Experience with design thinking and user-centered design; can facilitate a design process end-to-end, keeping the user front and center
