Responsibilities
User interface and user experience development.
Gathering and validating requirements, studying the problem space from users and stakeholders’ perspective.
Leading and performing user research, user interviews, and conducting focus groups with clients around the world to drive team action.
Applying the results from research to designs and usability tests to create new features and improve current features.
Continuously seek and interpret user feedback, while maintaining a strategic balance with risk.
Defining information architecture, creating sample personas, and documenting workflows to improve, expand, and enhance the workflow, functionality, and visual appeal of the product.
Designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Conceptualizing, designing, and creating the user experience, considering the human interaction.
Developing designs across the entire product lifecycle (from discovery and defining the problem space, to iterating on a product in production).
Collaborating with other designers, product managers, and software engineers to define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog.

Required
Minimum 7 years of professional experience UI/UX product design
Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Human Factors, Computer Science, or relevant STEM education from an accredited institution
At least one or more of the following certifications: Google UX Design, General Assembly UX Design Immersive, or similar
Must be a US Citizen and possess a current Secret Clearance
Your resume must demonstrate experience: Conducting heavy user research and creating low/high fidelity mockups, Executing user experience research and testing processes for complex software applications, Developing best-in-class user experiences, user flows, wireframes, prototypes in a fast-paced, agile environment, Evolving designs based on data analysis and prioritizing rollouts to maximize impact, Applying knowledge of psychological and physical attributes of humans to design the architecture of the user experience, Proficiency with the following tools/technologies: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS, Design Systems, Adobe Create Suite
