Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and feedback.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for website interfaces using industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.

Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Design custom icons, illustrations, and visual assets, and develop color schemes and typography as needed.

Craft engaging infographics and storytelling elements to communicate complex information effectively, enhancing user understanding and engagement with our internally focused tools.

Required

Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

Excellent communication, collaboration skills and spoken English.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

High level of proficiency in Git

Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, organizational skills, work prioritization, self-direction, and the ability to complete assigned work.

Excellent English fluency, both spoken and written.

Ability to work from your home without disruptions
