Responsibilities

Understand user needs

Understand user interface functional requirements

Design user flows and UIs, contributing to the evolution of a design system and component library, and working tightly with product and development teams to deliver on those designs.

Illustrate design ideas using user journeys, process flows and design animations.

Use and contribute to a design system and component library.

Work tightly with Product Managers to define user requirements, user journeys and low-fidelity UI mocks.

Develop high-fidelity UI designs and animations that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

Work closely with front-end developers to provide design specs and review the build out of working products based on UI designs.

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, accessibility).

Conduct design adjustments based on user feedback

Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
