Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Organize and help track web and UI/UX projects.
Scheduling & Forecasting: Update schedules and forecasts; coordinate across teams.
Scope Management: Work with team leads to define and manage project scope.
Status Reporting: Track project status, address issues, assess risks, and recommend solutions.
Tool Utilization: Use Asana/Jira to track progress and assign tasks.
Meetings & Task Delegation: Schedule and lead meetings such as daily standups and weekly project check-ins, to review and update statuses and delegate tasks.

Required
5+ years in project management related to software development, UI/UX, accessibility and/or SEO.
Proficient in Asana/Jira for tracking and task management.
Experienced in defining and managing project scopes.
Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management approaches.
Able to manage teams across time zones with flexibility and adaptability.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field providing strong project management expertise. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
Preferred
PMP or similar project management certification.
