Responsibilities
Lead development initiatives for automation projects.
Mentor junior team members.
Transform processes and optimize workflows using cutting-edge technologies.
Develop and maintain RPA applications using UiPath.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in RPA applications and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure project success.
Participate in project intake and qualification of automation projects.
Support both Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for developed automations.
Utilize agile tools and software for tracking and reporting.

Required
US Citizenship or US Permanent Residence (Green card); with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
5+ years’ experience with UiPath, Python (NumPy and Pandas libraries), VB.NET.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Intelligent Document Processing using OCR, UiPath Document Understanding.
Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
SQL knowledge for handling data within RPA processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in RPA applications and processes.
Experience with process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io).
Strong communication skills; ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional groups - both technical and non-technical.
A commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities, and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Certification
Machine Learning / Agentic AI / Generative AI Experience
C# and/or other programming languages for custom automation coding
Experience developing UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects for a Federal Government agency (US Department of Health Human Resources experience is a big plus)
Experience in pre-development activities such as project intake and qualification of projects, Discovery/Requirements sessions, and technical documentation such as PDD and TDD.
Experience supporting both Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for developed automations concurrently with supporting development projects (i.e., managing multiple projects at a time).
Proficiency in using agile tools and software for tracking and reporting (e.g., ServiceNow, Trello, etc.).
