Responsibilities

Guide our teams in implementing UiPath Test Manager from initial setup through full deployment

Design test automation frameworks and best practices for RPA testing

Advise on test case migration strategies from existing tools to UiPath Test Manager

Share insights on common implementation challenges and solutions

Provide guidance on test environment setup and management

Establish testing processes and governance models

Train QA teams on UiPath Test Manager capabilities and usage

Define test reporting and metrics frameworks

Recommend approaches for continuous testing integration

Guide creation of reusable test components and libraries

Advise on change management and team adoption strategies

Support integration with existing CI/CD pipelines

Required

8+ years of QA/Test automation experience

Hands-on experience implementing UiPath Test Manager

Strong background in test automation frameworks and methodologies

Experience migrating from traditional test tools to UiPath Test Manager

Deep understanding of RPA testing challenges and solutions

Experience setting up automated testing processes and governance

Strong knowledge of testing best practices and metrics

Proven track record of successful test automation implementations

Experience training and mentoring QA teams

Preferred

UiPath Test Suite certifications

Experience with multiple RPA testing tools

Background in RPA development

Experience with CI/CD implementation

ISTQB or similar testing certifications

Agile testing experience

DevOps implementation experience

Experience working with offshore testing teams
