Responsibilities

Implement and configure UKG AutoTime to meet client-specific business requirements.

Customize workflows, rules, and settings to optimize timekeeping and labor management processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze workforce management requirements.

Document functional and technical specifications for AutoTime solutions.

Integrate UKG AutoTime with payroll, HRIS, and other enterprise systems.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance systems.

Proven experience in working with UKG AutoTime in implementation, configuration, or support roles.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage and deliver UKG AutoTime projects.
