Responsibilities

Support our Research and Development Early Career talent development program, Accelerating Talent Breadth.
Enhance and expand our internal talent development strategies and programs.
Drive continuous improvement, being agile with evolving needs, and delivering programs and offerings to strengthen the culture of R&D.
Communications and change management.
Stakeholder management.
Project management / Administrative tasks.

Required

18 years or older
Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s Degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent
Completion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing
Enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program following the potential internship or co-op assignment with an accredited college or university
Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship OR co-op

Preferred

Degree concentration(s) in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Management, Communications, or a similar field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and a willingness to learn.
Adaptability in navigating and optimally responding to ambiguity and evolving circumstances and priorities.
