Knowledge to prepare commitments in the above states is a plus.

Required
5+ years in the title industry as an underwriter
Solid understanding of ALTA title policies and endorsements
Track record of underwriting in a multitude of states (Most importantly VA, MD, DC, CO, FL)
Preferred
Minimum of 3 years of title experience in Virginia, DC, and Maryland
Knowledge to prepare commitments in DC, MD, VA, FL, DE, WV
Ability to prepare commitments and final policies in CO
Willing to learn policy issuance in other states as necessary
Qualia knowledge is a plus
