Responsibilities
Provide support to manager for overseeing processing functions and personnel
Review, fact-check and process policy change endorsements of applying and removing credits as necessary including: Pending Agency Documents, Alarms Certificates, Fortified Home Credits and Schedule Personal Property Appraisals
Confirm that all policies for which a credit has been applied have received correct documents and meet underwriting requirements
Process underwriting requests for coverage increases or decreases applying correct information to policy based upon criteria of request
Process cancellations notices including verifying that correct number of mail days have been applied and proof of mailing requirements have been met

Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Computer skills in various applications including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
2+ years relevant data processing experience
1+ year previous processing experience in Underwriting Support
Ability to interpret and understand basic insurance coverage
Preferred
Underwriting knowledge a plus
