Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement, support, and maintain GPHA's Unified Communication and Collaboration systems

Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
2-3 years of IT experience
Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in database management, programming, and troubleshooting
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Understanding of customer service center processes
Understanding of the ITIL framework
Preferred
Experience with advanced call flow management
Project management experience
Experience with Ring Central
Experience with SharePoint Collaborate Application
Experience with Microsoft Teams
