Responsibilities
Perform a variety of clerical and secretarial duties to support the effective operations of the inpatient unit including serving as receptionist, transcribing physicians' orders, scheduling appointments, collecting data, and ordering supplies.

Required
High School Diploma
At least one year of clerical/secretarial experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in KRONOS timekeeping software and other automated office equipment
Interpersonal skills to exchange factual and confidential information and communicate effectively with a diverse group of contacts
