Responsibilities
Translate design ideas, concepts, and requirements into functional and engaging applications
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, secure, and reliable code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Ability to identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate
Meeting with the design team to discuss product ideas and specifications
Establishing strategy and development pipelines
Testing product functionality and theme dynamics
Ensuring products conform to high industry standards
Designing and building patches and upgrades
Ability to use software development methodology to assist in the development of AR/VR software
Comply with the provisions of the corporations Standard Practice Procedures manual and DoD 5220.22-M when handling classified material to include generating, marking, storing, handling, and destroying of classified material
Comply with policies and procedures as set forth in the company’s Handbook of Policy and Procedures
Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
Ability to travel if needed

Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, game development, or comparable experience
2 or more years of professional game, simulation, or similar programming experience
Proficient using the Unity game engine
Proven experience with game development tools and methods
Fluent in C#, with experience in C++ and JavaScript being a plus
Experience with linear math
Experience with VR/AR headsets, Oculus, HTC, HoloLens, etc.
Currently have or is able to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance
WebGL experience is highly desirable
Experience using the Mixed Reality Toolkit (MRTK)
Excellent knowledge of Unreal engine, textures, animation, and user session management
Understanding of ARCore and ARkit
