Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project PM to Present new features to customers prior to upgrades
Coordinate customer installs with Project managers, and various support teams
Identify process changes required to support remote upgrades in new releases
Collaborate with Field Engineers to Perform Functional validation testing following upgrades
Characterize and document issues found post upgrade on customer systems

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with a graduation date in or after December 2025.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred

Knowledge in networking concepts and SQL databases
Experience with Windows System Administration
Analytical mindset that can dig into client and technical needs
Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and customers
