Responsibilities

Develop and execute a targeted sales plan for the market, identifying growth areas and employing effective tactics to exceed revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing customized staffing solutions that address their unique needs.
Leverage cold calling, networking, and industry events to consistently generate and qualify new leads.
Identify and close new business opportunities in the light industrial and skilled trades industries.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the market to refine your sales strategy.

Regularly report on sales progress, forecast revenue, and provide updates to senior leadership.

Required
