Responsibilities
Drafting, preparing, and reviewing legal documents related to family-based immigration cases, including asylum, removal, and family petitions
Conducting thorough legal research to verify case details using public records and other client-provided resources
Managing client communication and addressing inquiries
Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation and case files
Ensuring the timely filing and delivery of all necessary legal paperwork
Assisting attorneys with various administrative tasks to support case progression
Providing regular updates on case status to attorneys and clients

Required
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in documentation and reporting
Strong understanding of legal procedures, particularly related to family-based immigration, asylum, and removal cases
Minimum of three years of paralegal experience in a U.S. law firm, preferably in immigration
Investigative mindset with robust research skills
Experience with humanitarian and family-based immigration procedures and forms
Familiarity with legal database software and proficiency in preparing legal reports
Strong time management, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
Experience managing cases end-to-end
