Responsibilities
Candidate will be on-job training and assist US Recruitment Team in below tasks
Working with different Job Portals such as Monster/ Dice/ LinkedIn
Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals
Sourcing technical candidates and recruit
Understanding technical requirements and sourcing the appropriate candidates
Working on IT requirements and understanding of technologies
Gaining experience in recruitment across various IT Technologies
Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.

Required
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in HR, HR Management, Business Administration, or other related field
1-2 years of recruitment experience
Practical knowledge of computer operations
Experience with the use of social media websites
Good communication and analytical skills
Energetic, passionate about recruitment and efficient at work
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
Comfortable working in PST time zones
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Superb attention to detail
Strong leadership skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent time management skills
Preferred
Experience and knowledge working with colleges and universities
Proficiency in Mandarin
