Responsibilities
Drive development of new features by interpreting business needs, composing user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile environment.
Work with stakeholders to guide the release of new features and the successful integration and/or migration of current operations onto those products.
Manage scrum team(s) and work closely with engineering leads to feed the teams a constant pipeline of high-value work for each sprint.
Ensure product quality by performing thorough user acceptance testing.
Quickly identify blockers, developing a mitigation strategy or escalating to leadership where needed.

Required
Minimum 4+ years’ prior Product Management experience.
Mastery of Agile fundamentals with demonstrated experience to drive execution within an Agile environment.
Exposure to high-level technology paradigms (e.g. data flows, APIs, services).
Experience interfacing directly with technology leaders and engineers.
Adept at leveraging data to identify and validate opportunities, build a business case, and articulate value, including cost-benefit analyses to help the business prioritize projects.
Good organization skills, including plotting a path towards delivering outcomes that drive value for the business.
Deep user empathy and collaborative mindset.
Ability to communicate, present, and engage with Director+ level stakeholders to explain complex information in a non-complex fashion.
Self-driven, diligent, and exhibits an aptitude for solving problems.
